While we know how eager you are to get out of your bedroom and into your nearest waxing room, we want to be sure that you are taking the best and safest precautions when preparing for your first wax post-COVID-19.
Depil Brazil has opened the doors to many of its locations. We are so excited to see you and help you strip away your unwanted hair so that you can feel soft and smooth once again. We have always had a strict commitment to the safety of our guests, members, staff, and our wax pros. When you visit any open Depil Brazil studio, you can expect the same superior wax in a clean and sterile environment.
All areas of our studios are cleaned and disinfected throughout the day, and all rooms are sterilized after each customer’s visit. We utilize disinfectant spray, Cavicide, Barbicide, & surgical disinfectant wipes to keep the germs away. All of our studios are proudly held by the same health standards and sanitation practices found in hospitals and health centers.

As you prepare to get rid of your quarantine hair, here are a few tips to keep in mind.
Book Your Appointment
All of our studios, with the exception of select studios undergoing beautification, are open and ready to accept your appointment. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and our staff, we have a limited number of openings daily and require a pre-scheduled appointment for any guest in need of service. This means that you should select the studio nearest you and book your appointment with priority, as spots are filling up fast!
To make the booking process even easier for you, there multiple ways to book. You can book your appointment by phone, web, or by downloading the free Depil Brazil app on your mobile device. As we are quickly filling our appointments to capacity, we recommend that our guest pre-book their next three appointments in advance, to ensure you stay consistent with your wax routine
Clean and Exfoliate
Once you’ve got your appointment on the books, it’s time to prepare your skin! Before coming in for your wax, clean and exfoliate the skin to remove any debris, dirt, oil, and dead skin build up. This will ensure that you get the best results from your wax. We recommend using any of Depil Brazil’s available exfoliants and cleansers.
Once you’ve cleaned the skin, keep it clean it dry. Do not apply any oils or lotions to the skin before your appointment. Doing so can prevent the wax from properly adhering to the hair during the removal process. Our special formula wax contains honey, and other skin-nourishing properties to help your skin feel moisturized and soft post-wax.
Wear a mask to your appointment
In keeping with health and safety guidelines provided by the state as well as the Centers for Disease Control, we ask that all guests please wear a mask upon arrival for your appointment. This is to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff and wax pros. As usual, we are always thinking of the best and safest way to serve you!
Reschedule if you feel ill
If, for any reason, you feel ill or feverish before your appointment, please call your studio to cancel and reschedule your appointment. Please do not arrive for your appointment if you are sneezing, coughing, feverish, or feeling nauseous. Instead, please call your primary care provider or the county health department for further evaluation.
